Domestic Abuse Helpline Operative required to work with a renowned organisation based in Sheffield. My client are seeking an experienced Helpline Operative to join their team on a temporary, part time basis for a period of two months.
As the Domestic Abuse Helpline Operative you will be working within the domestic abuse team, answering calls from victims.
Responsibilities of the Domestic Abuse Helpline Operative include:
* Handling incoming calls from victims of domestic abuse
* Liaising with families and professionals
* Signposting the victims
Required skills and experience of the Helpline Operative:
* Experience of working within a similar role; domestic abuse
* Possess good I.T skills
* Obtain an excellent telephone manner
* Hold a valid DBS
