Client
Our client is a 2 AA Rosette Fine Dining property offering guests views across the harbour as well as a brasserie restaurant for a more relaxed dining experience.
Role
The ideal candidate would need to have a background in a similar property, with a passion for hospitality, food & beverage, great work ethic and attention to detail. Your duties will include, the day to day running of the business, maintaining hygiene, health & safety standards, delivering service standards, and the training development of your team.
