The official title hasn't been finalised yet, however, what is known is that you will be the lead within the Construction department. With this being the start of the division, 35 units is the target by next year and then a rapid growth from there. You can be a Head of Construction looking for a clear path to Construction Director or any of the following looking for a step up Construction Manager / Senior Construction Manager / Contracts Manager / Senior Contracts Manager. You MUST have experience in residential / house building in the Cambridgeshire and surrounding counties area due to the need for local contractor knowledge. You will be delivering over 1 project this year whilst assisting the set up of 2-3 which will start to deliver units from Aug 2019 onwards. As the "Head of Construction", you will lead the Site Managers, drive quality and site presentation.
