We are seeking a Junior Clinical Negligence Fee Earner for an entry level role with a highly reputable, well established Legal 500 listed law firm based at their office in Coventry.

Whilst this is an entry level position, it would suit someone with around 18 months' pre-qualification experience as a paralegal, plus training contract experience.

Newly qualified solicitors should have a minimum of six months' Clinical Negligence experience gained as part of their training contract, in addition to Personal Injury experience.

Legal Executives with the relevant experience would also be considered. We would consider candidates with a Personal Injury background (defendant or claimant) and sound knowledge of civil procedures.

The role will involve assisting senior fee earners within the department initially, with a view to building up your own caseload. You would be working on relatively low value cases.

As part of the role you would also be involved with occasional pre-screening calls and activities in the absence of dedicated pre-screening staff e.g. to cover holidays, sickness or training periods.
