Insurance Appointment Telemarketer

We have exclusively been appointed to work with a progressive and forward thinking Insurance Broker based within the Lichfield area. You will form part of a newly formed team and work closely with the New Business Development Manager working through a CRM system to produce appointments from warm and some cold leads. As part of the team you will enjoy the success and career development offered within a sales environment.

Candidates will ideally have the right attitude and desire to work within a successful department and keen to meet their key performance indicators. You will have an excellent telephone manner, clear communication skills, organised and able to work with databases.
