New Focus is a specialist forensic supported living service which has been providing individually tailored support to people with a learning disability, mental illness and/or other complex support needs in Preston and Central Lancashire for over fifteen years. We have now developed this innovative service into nearby geographical areas and are looking for an exceptional candidate to join our experienced management team.
SERVICE MANAGER - PRESTON
Salary Range: GBP28,882 to GBP34,250 dependent upon qualifications and experience.
The successful candidate will have a sound values base with a real desire to enable the people we work for to contribute to society and live a safe and meaningful life. They will have a professional background, proven clinical skills and experience, extensive staff management experience and the confidence to promote good working relationships with service commissioners to maximise referral opportunities and business potential.
A relevant professional qualification in either Social Work, Nursing or other relevant area e.g PG Cert LD/MH Forensic Practice is desirable along with extensive practice experience. Applicants should have or be willing to achieve a recognised higher management qualification.
