What will the role require? 

The right individual will undertake a number of challenging and demanding business processes some of which include, but are not limited to: 

  • To provide rapid response working towards set SLAs
  • To handle booking requests professionally and accurately
  • Handling information requests by various sources
  • Provide a prompt, courteous and empathetic service to all customers
