Job Title - Internal Recruiter
Location - Bradford
Salary - GBP21-27k depending on experience
Contracted hours - 37.5
Contract type - 12 months FTC

About the role:
You will be responsible for high volume recruiting of care home staff .You will undertake thorough telephone interviews, build rapport with candidates and be responsible for reporting on recruitment information.
You will have previously worked in a recruitment team looking for your next step or a side step into an internal recruitment team. You will be able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, have a confident telephone manner and the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written to candidates and colleagues at all levels.
You will be computer literate with knowledge of using social media, job boards, Microsoft packages especially excel. The ability to manage your own workload and provide support to the team where needed.
