Balfor Recruitment are looking for an experienced level 3 Teaching Assistant to work with one of our schools based in Aston.
The school are looking for a confident and hardworking TA who will work will across KS2.
The successful candidate should have experience in the following:
* Experience in supporting class teacher on a daily basis
* Confident to work with small groups, large groups and on a 1-1 basis
* Be familiar with the National Curriculum
* Have experience within a classroom environment
* Have the ability to manage behavior
* SEN experience would be an advantage but not essential
