HOURS
Wednesday - Sunday 8 hour shifts (must be flexible to work between 9am and 8pm)

JOB SUMMARY
You will be assisting with the running of a busy Sales Administration Office and Reception Area. As the first point of contact our clients have with the Company you will ensure a professional environment is maintained at all times.

MAIN DUTIES
-Meet & greet clients arriving for a Holiday Exhibition, process completed client surveys and allocate to the Sales Team
-Enter data into internal computer system and run reports to ensure accuracy
-Process contracts and finance agreements for clients who purchase one of our products at the exhibition in an accurate and speedy manner
-Assist with stock takes of stationery and holiday products
-To provide full support to the Senior Sales Administrator, Project Director and Sales Team
-Liaison with Head Offices in London and Spain

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Applicants must be smart, presentable, highly organised with a good telephone manner, strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Some reception/customer facing service exposure, knowledge of Microsoft Office and a fast accurate typing speed is essential. Knowledge of the hotel or leisure industry is advantageous but not essential.
