Customer Service Advisor
Our City Centre client has engaged with Brook Street to recruit inbound Customer Service Advisors.
Our client has confirmed that the roles are Monday to Friday from 0900 to 1700. The roles are temporary ongoing with a view of becoming permanent.
This is a small and relaxed Contact Centre. Full training is provided to all applicants. If successful, the applicant must be willing to apply for an Access NI.
We are seeking applications from who have a good service history, call centre experience is not required. Our client is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
You will be responsible for receiving inbound calls from customers/clients and directing them to relevant department/person. Assist customers with general advise and update records.
In return, you will be paid £7 for 18-24 year olds, £8 for 25+. You will be part of a team where you are appreciated and enjoy the benefits that our client provides.
