Part Time Maintenance Trainer

There is now an opportunity for a Part Time Maintenance Engineering Trainer to join a leading company in Kent. As Part Time Engineering Trainer / Training Instructor you will be offered a competitive rate of GBP200 per day. Maintenance backgrounds in either mechanical or electrical would be considered. Full time options also available.

Ideally the Engineering Trainer will have training or instructing experience, however the company will consider an experienced maintenance engineer with an interest in moving into a tutoring role.

You will be joining a highly respected, well-established company that works with a number of global technical organisations.

Engineering Training Instructor - Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lecturing and teaching on engineering maintenance and monitoring and fault diagnosis of engineering systems

• Delivering theoretical and practical classes

• Successfully delivering varied aspects of BTEC / HNC Engineering programmes

• Providing guidance and mentoring throughout the learning programme

• Demonstrating expertise and professionalism, including during Ofsted inspections

• Documentation of the learning process

Engineering Instructor - Skills and Experience required:

• A solid maintenance engineering background

• Training / instructing experience is an advantage but not essential

• Good communication skills

• Competent IT skills
