Our West Belfast Client has engaged with Brook Street for a temporary receptionist that may last up to 4 weeks starting ASAP
The role will require you to cover reception, send and respond to emails, scan documents, meet and greet clients and any other tasks that might be required.
Other duties will include operating the telephone system and reception duties, monitor and control the ingress and egress of all visitors, and relay messages to the relevant departments.
The ideal candidate will have good communication skills and be able to multi task.
The hours of work are 0900-1700, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week. In return you will be paid £7 for 25 year olds and above and £7 for 24 year olds and below.
