Service Engineer - IT and Telecoms – All levels
Midlands - Nationwide
37.5 hours per week - 9 to 5 Monday to Friday – On Call Rota
Salary negotiable depending on experience.
Overtime, car/car allowance, 25 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays
• Responsibilities include Maintaining and managing the customer maintained networks to keep the network (and the services that the network provides) running smoothly.
• Monitoring our customer base to identify problems as soon as possible. Providing support to end users both in the head office and at customer sites.
• Design, installation and maintenance of VOIP, server, network, storage environments both in the head office and maintained base; configuration of new users and devices; development of innovative strategies to enhance the experience and productivity.
