Senior Sous Chef / Head Chef - London
Location: South East London

About the role:
This role is extremely exciting. Working for a great contract caterer who specialise in independent education and Fine Dining. My client is looking for an excellent Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef to be at the forefront of this prestigious contract. You will be catering for up to 1200 pupils/staff. You will be managing a team of 6 and reporting into the Executive Head Chef. This role will be predominantly kitchen based but there will be a degree of client interaction. This company use a strict fresh food policy, and this must be something you are comfortable with.
Skills and Experience:
Independent contract catering experience would be desirable
Understand excellence
Comfortable with high levels of hospitality
Excellent client relationships
Strong financials
Fresh food policy
Excellent communicator
A passion for food and service
IT savvy
Polished and very well presented
