Reporting to the Business Support Team Leader, the Registry and Document Control Clerk will be responsible for the standardisation of all information sources throughout the organisation with the appropriate administration and management of the company’s electronic and paper-based record systems.

Creating a companywide Registry Service for all business/function groups to enable effective management of information, you will maintain existing Classification Systems, Indexing, allocating and filing and must retrieve in response to customers’ requests (face to face, telephone or E Mail).  Operating a bring forward system for Company Procedures to be reviewed, updated and uploaded to the company SharePoint site, you will carry out general filing, scanning and uploading of all documentation which will include safety information, enquiry / tender documents, agreements, leases, Fire Alarm and Emergency Lighting test records and supplier information.  

Candidates for this role must have a full understanding of registry and document control systems, legal requirements and proven experience in a similar role.  With strong communication, influencing and organisational skills together with IT skills which include all Microsoft applications including SharePoint, you should possess excellent problem solving and analytical skills to develop an understanding of how the organisation works in order to build, and maintain integrated record systems.
