Recruitment Administrator BLUR70371
Leeds
Salary up to £20,000 per annum
Permanent, Full Time (35 hours per week)
Who they are
Our client is a leading national charity providing support to young people and adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs. They believe in championing the right of disabled people to live, work, socialise and participate in the community, free of discrimination and unnecessary boundaries.
Making it happen - Your Role
They are looking for a number of Recruitment Administrators to take responsibility for the completion of all pre-employment checks for new starters, references, health checks, DBS and right to work verification.
Utilising their online tracking system, DBS system and HR software, you will liaise with Managers and new starters to provide updates on the progress of applications and on-boarding, and process applicants’ DBS applications, health declarations and other associated new starter forms. You will agree start dates with Managers and new starters, provide on-boarding documents and schedule and record induction training for new staff. The Recruitment Administrator will also provide regular updates to the Recruitment Team Leader on the progress of applications and workloads and act as the first point of contact between the company and outside bodies, both in person and by telephone.
About you
So if you have clear verbal and written communication, strong organisational skills and proven recruitment administration experience, then they want to hear from you! They’d also like for you to have a high level of competence in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and be confident in the use of different IT systems.
Knowledge of current right to work and DBS legislation would be a distinct advantage, as would experience of recruitment in the social care sector.
Rewards and benefits
In return for your passion and commitment, they offer a comprehensive benefits package including:
• 20 days paid annual leave (plus bank holidays, pro-rata for part time), which increases after 3 and 5 years’ service
• Pension contribution
• Childcare vouchers
• Access to free occupational health, physiotherapy, counselling and advice services
• Fully paid training and access to nationally recognised qualifications
• Travel to work scheme (season ticket loan)
• Access to an online shopping platform with discounts from over 3,500 retailers
• Free onsite parking
Closing Date - 16th September
