This company is looking for a competent Help desk Operative to provide fast and useful assistance on CCTV in the construction industry and general admin duties. You will answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them. You will also be responsible for the monitoring of CCTV and reacting to any incidents that take place while systems are armed overnight.

An excellent Help desk technician must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and be able to follow procedures efficiently. They must also be customer-oriented and patient to deal with difficult customers.

No previous CCTV experience is required as training will be provided, but it would benefit the applicant if they had experience in the monitoring of CCTV.

Requirements:
- Must be able to use Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Word & Excel
- Must have excellent telephone manner and cool-tempered
- Good understanding of computer systems and mobile devices
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility around shifts and to cover holidays
