Working for an agency on behalf of Microsoft you will support a small number of high performing retail stores in the Reading / Slough area.
You will join a large and established team spread geographically across the country and sharing one common aim??? to sell more Microsoft products. There are multiple roles on the team that affect sales in different manners and a variety of positions available for your next step should you want to progress beyond this role.
Your key responsibilities as a Microsoft Sales Advisor will be to:
* Train retail staff on the benefits of recommending Microsoft laptops, Gaming devices and services
* Ensure a high standard of visual compliance in store
* Drive Microsoft advocacy through an engaging brand ambassador programme
* Sell directly to consumers in a consultative and ethical manner
* Promote use of the digital learning platform to further educate retail staff
Your working days are Thursday to Monday inclusive which are the busiest days in store, so you have the maximum chance to achieve your sales targets.
This job is perfect if you:
* Have a passion for technology - especially Microsoft products
* Enjoy demonstrating products and training staff
* Like helping customers buy the right product for their needs
* Are driven by working toward targets in a retail environment
* Have a full UK driving licence
* Have your own car
In return we are offering:
* Up to GBP20,000 per annum DOE
* Performance bonus of GBP2,500 per annum (split into quarterly payments)
