What you are about to read is going to be an extremely bias view of what I believe is the best recruitment business out there. It is my business, and I love it.
We are not your typical high street recruitment agency, who are KPI focussed, suit wearing transactional CV administrators. Our consultants have earned the title 'Recruitment Consultant'.
I am looking for a Ringo Starr. The beating rhythm of the business. Your input will allow us to be more efficient and give an even great service to clients and candidates.
Your day-to-day as a recruitment resourcer:
You will be working from briefs taken by consultants to find suitable candidates for a variety of positions. You will then write an engaging advert and candidate brief to take to market. We take huge pride in what we do, and our adverts are very public displays of how much detail we go in to with clients - so you must be able to write well.
You will then be searching for and shortlisting candidates you feel fit the brief. You will have the most amazing conversations and learn more about the world than you ever could have imagined. (I learned more in my first year of recruitment than in my entire secondary education).

• I will give you all the tools and training you need to be exceptional. There are no wired phones or clunky filing systems - just laptops and wireless headsets with the best recruitment technology available.
• Flexible working hours - I expect you to be in the office for a minimum of 30 hours a week, with the remaining 10 hours being at a location of your choice. You can start and finish whenever you want.
• You will have the opportunity to earn extremely well - but I expect you to make decisions not based on financial gain, but on best outcome for all parties.
• You will work in a beautiful office, in a 'grown-up' environment. There are no politics, no cliques, just people doing a great job, having a laugh.
• I will trust you with our social media accounts and allow you to execute social media campaigns.
• You can wear whatever you want to work every day (but please, no suit and ties).
Package:
• Basic salary - GBP18,000 - GBP22,000
• Simple uncapped commission/bonus structure - you can expect to earn an extra GBP600 a month
• Full-Time Monday - Friday with flexible working hours
