The successful Business Development Manager will be responsible for

• Utilising your existing/established and active broker network
• Building rapport and managing intermediary relationships
• Preparing accurate cases for credit committee
• Report back to the senior management team with any relevant market updates
• To have a pro-active approach in developing a strong working relationship with all the sales channels

The successful Business Development Manager will have:

• Experience working within a specialist lender or bank within the lending/mortgage department
• Have experience in managing intermediary relationships
• Experience in Commercial Mortgage/Development finance
• Have a strong and profitable network
• Mortgage Market Knowledge
• Appetite to work towards targets

In return for your efforts, the Business Development Manager will be rewarded with an extremely generous salary up to GBP60,000 basic with a very generous OTE plus numerous other attractive benefits.
