As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for with a focus on not only new business development but maintaining business relationships and streamlining the process.

As the Business Development Manager, you will be:

• Able to convert and manage leads provided.
• Managing existing relationships with lead providers and brokers.
• Attending new business meetings with lead providers.
• Expected to dependably hit your targets to a high standard.
• Source new prospects in spare time.
• Always promoting the business to enhance reach.
• Working closely with internal teams to maximise business.

As the Business Development Manager, you will:

• Driven and self-motivated.
• Previous Sales experience within Financial Services.
• Enthusiastic.
• Have a positive and encouraging attitude.

The package on offer as a Business Development Manager will range from GBP35,000 - GBP40,000 DOE with an OTE of GBP50,000 plus benefits.
