Manufacturing Operative
Negotiable plus shift allowance and overtime
Our client based in Peterborough are looking to recruit four Manufacturing Operatives to join their new and growing site.
They are looking for hard working and experienced Manufacturing Operatives that can fit in with the company ethos. The role itself requires attention to detail and the right candidate would be required to work in different stages of production.
Core Responsibilities for the Manufacturing Operatives:
? Correctly assembling/bonding and finishing components as specified in the product route plans and drawing specifications.
? Ensuring that materials used are correct and according to the specification and drawing.
? Always ensuring the correct production process is used according to the instructions given, whilst adhering to safety guidelines at all times.
Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience requirements:
? Have worked in a similar environment before or have had experience of working in a manufacturing environment.
? Can demonstrate competence with hand tools (drills, sanders, polishers etc)
? Are able to read and understand or follow written instructions and drawings.
? Has the ability to work as part of a team and can communicate effectively with others.
? Able to work a two shift system
Hours for the Manufacturing Operatives:
Early Shift
06:00 until 14:00
Late Shift
13:45 until 23:45 Mon to Wed
13:45 until 23:15 Thurs
