Working within our Domestic Abuse Floating Support Services across Birmingham you will be an experienced Team Leader leading a team of Support Workers to provide key support to male adults experiencing domestic abuse.
Fully aware of Supporting People guidelines you will work to deliver a high quality person centred support service that meets the diverse needs of our customer base.
You will ensure that all men accessing the service are given the best possible support, supervise the team's workload and oversee the successful delivery of the contract for the services.
You will have an excellent understanding of domestic abuse, relevant experience, excellent interpersonal skills and a level 4 qualification in a Social care setting (or level 3 with relevant experience).
You will have experience and skills in delivering community based domestic abuse services and proactively seek out partnerships and new forms of funding to enhance the support we give to those accessing our services as well as ensuring the high quality of service delivery is met.
Please note it is a genuine occupational requirement (GOR) for this post holder to be male due to the customer group
