gap personnel are currently recruiting for a Conveyancing Legal Secretary to work near Axminster, Devon. The annual salary is very competitive at GBP20,000-GBP23,000pa.
Our client are offering an excellent benefits package including 25 days annual leave. Our client values every employee and offer exceptional ongoing training, career progression and a friendly team to join. You must have previous Legal Secretarial experience but it doesn't need to be in Conveyancing, experience in any legal departments are suitable and full training is provided. The working hours are 9.00am-5.00pm Monday to Friday with an hour for lunch.
Our client are a professional and well established firm with a very good reputation for outstanding client service. The role outline includes all usual secretarial duties, typing letters and documents, organising the fee earners diary and meeting rooms. As expected amendments to documents that need changing and dealing with clients calls and queries.
Skills required:
* Previous Legal Secretary experience required is a must.
* You must be proactive and organised.
* You need the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
* Excellent audio typing skills in excess of 55wpm.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
* Works effectively and efficiently.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent written and interpersonal skills.
* Confident and professional telephone manner.
