Customer Services Officer
Newcastle
21.75 hours per week
£18,128 - £21,095 (full- time equivalent) + benefits package
Our Customer Services Officers are responsible for providing a high standard of customer service and dealing with customer enquiries at the first point of contact (in person, by telephone, text and via email/website). These include processing repairs using diagnostic tools and liaising with Property Services colleagues to deal with these; advising residents on their rent/service charge account and taking payments, and giving advice on lettings and on anti-social behaviour matters.
