You will be an integral part of the sensational sales team who are pivotal in making the company what it is today. The company are committed to all their employees and will be with you all of the way in making you a highly successful sales representative. As an executive you will be starting on a salary of £19,500 (rising to £22,600 in the first year plus commission on top) and with a list of benefits that are pretty much the icing on this gigantic cake.
Your day to day duties will include: (don`t let this scare you as full and extensive training will be provided!)
Making contact with potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
Answer questions about products or the company.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements.
Direct prospective customers to sales team when needed.
Enter and update customer information in the CRM.
Go the "extra mile" to meet sales KPI quota and facilitate future sales
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Hours of work are Mon-Thurs 8-5 and Fri 8-5pm (yay! no weekends) with 21 days holiday rising 1 day per year. The company also holds regular team events throughout the year plus you also get ½ a day for your birthday!
