The Role
Bringing a solid period of experience in Business Systems, I. or Salesforce support, you will primarily take the lead on managing, developing and supporting our Salesforce and Google Suite based platforms.
Working with our System Administrator and wider technical team, you will also be the first line of support for staff IT issues related to hardware, software and our network, escalating issues to the wider team when needed.
You'll be an enthusiastic and motivated individual, who is able to diagnose and fix technical issues in a calm and considered manner, communicating with staff and management in a clear way at all times.
Key responsibilities
- Salesforce support, administration and development
- macOS and Windows-based desktop support and administration
- Google Suite support and administration
- Adobe Creative Suite support and administration
- Data Protection & GDPR
Desirable Skills
Previous experience or willingness to learn the following would be useful:
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and/or the Drupal CMS
- Understanding of a 'utility' language, such as Python or Ruby
- ISO/IEC 27001 awareness
