We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, reliable and enthusiastic Assistant Head Chef for our esteemed client in Whitehaven.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and will inspire and compliment their current team.
HOURS:
Full time or part time hours are available.
START DATE:
Immediate
KEY TASKS AND DUTIES FOR ASSISTANT HEAD CHEF:
- Covering the head chef on their day off and during annual leave
- Making sure all ingredients and stock levels are maintained
- Ensuring health and safety and hygiene standards are maintained
- Working alongside with Senior Managers to create and implement seasonal and special dishes
PERSONAL SPECIFICATION:
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dedicated to food quality and control
- Strong knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards
