Becoming a Trainee Support Engineer with Trustmarque Technology Solutions:As the Trainee Support Engineer you would be working as part of a skilled and supportive team providing IT support to a wide variety of clients. With a great customer focus and desire to work as a problem solver in a fast paced environment you would play a critical role in the provision of a first class service to our client base.What you will do: * Administering and handling 1st line support calls from customers * Working with vendors to ensure a speedy resolution of customer issues * Support tickets are administered using a Microsoft Dynamics CRM system. * Creating support certificates which are sent to their customers * Occasional client visits to assist with installs.
