Operations Administrator - Porting

This company is a wholesale telecommunications provider based in Bristol. They've been around since 1996 and provide services to many of the UK's ITSPs and telecommunications companies, as well as an increasing number of overseas providers.

Position:
They're looking for a dedicated individual to join their Porting team. You will be their customer's first point of contact helping them transition numbers in and out of the company. You will be responsible for contacting other carriers, managing tickets and liaising with their customers keeping them informed during each stage of the process.

You must have attention to detail whilst being incredibly organised and efficient. They need someone who is outgoing, detail oriented and able to learn quickly. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and develop a wide variety of skills and explore your potential.

The right candidate must be:
- Proficient in English and be able to work as part of a team.
- Have good knowledge of UK Geographic and Non-geographic numbers
- Portability would be beneficial, however, training will be provided.

This is a full time position where the standard working hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:
- Handling all porting enquiries whilst adhering to the industry SLA's.
- Maintaining the good reputation they've built up over the years with high attention to detail and a friendly, patient approach to other porting desks.
- Occasional overflow from the support team.

Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be a highly motivated self starter.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and be able to deliver high quality work with little supervision.
