Monday to Friday 8.45 am - 5.15 pm (No lates or weekends)
My client is looking to grow the sales team. Successful candidates will receive excellent training and support enabling the successful Sales Advisors develop into the Business Development Managers.
THE ROLE:
Depending on experience you can expect a basic of 18K with a realistic OTE in your first year.
FUll extensive training and a defined career path, starting within the outbound lead generation team calling SME's to help improve their internet marketing, before progressing to sales closing in the role of Business Development Manager or maybe moving into Customer Services in an Account Management capacity - its your career - you define it!
Excellent prospects for individuals wanting to start a career in a specialist and consultative role.
THE PERSON:
* We are seeking a candidate who is either a recent Graduate looking for an opportunity in sales OR someone who is already working within a sales focused environment
* The individual will need to be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills including written, face to face & via the telephone
* An ability to confidently present to a small group of business professionals
* Computer literate with MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook
* A naturally ambitious individual who is keen to develop within the organisation
* The individual needs to be career driven and highly focused on success
