Life Sciences
Responsibilities:
* Building relationships with candidates and clients
* Interview potential candidates over the phone and in person
* Match candidates to clients based on their experience, motivations and desires
* Source and headhunt potential candidates using mediums such as LinkedIn and job boards
Your skills and experience:
* Ambitious individuals who work well under pressure and
* Strong organisation skills
* Strong communication skills and can build rapport
* Works well as part of a team and has a good sense of humour
* Takes an honest approach and is not scared of making mistakes
