PART TIME HOURS (20 per Week)
Play a part in the invaluable services this job provides to the citizens of Essex
Mini Bus driver/ Passenger Assistant on an on-going basis. Duties involve the transportation of passengers to and from community centres within the catchment area of the local Service.
Either driving or as Passenger assistant.
Able to help and support passengers with a diverse range of needs.
Empathetic to physical and mentally disabled passengers.
Split shift system involving 4 hours per day, typically between 0 am and 1pm Mon to Friday. Would someone not seeking full time employment and happy to serve the Community on a long term basis. Candidates need to live local to BASILDON/CANVEY OR ROCHFORD Resource Centre bases.
A full background check by DBS search will be required (PAID FOR).
Licence requirement D1 which is automatically acquired by drivers passing their car test before 1998.
Candidates will be required to demonstrate driving ability in a mini bus and undertake Health & Safety and First Aid training prior to commencement
