Are you an experienced Payroll Manager looking to work for a highly regarded and well-established company?
Do you have an enthusiastic approach with the ability to work as part of a team whilst being professional and rising to challenges? Atlas Employment are pleased to be teaming up with a client based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. They require an individual to work as part of a Finance Team and report to the internal CFO.

What will I be doing?
* Managing and running the fortnightly payroll processes ensuring all staff on the payroll are paid correctly each fortnight
* Ensure efficient transaction processing of payroll
* Ensure tight financial controls are in place
* Collate payroll information
* Update Payroll Software with all new starters and leavers
* Update absence and sick records
* Deal effectively with payroll queries
* Collate all information for payments to HMRC
* Assist with year-end returns to HMRC
* Manage payroll team to maximise their performance, development and achievement
* Drive optimum use of the payroll system
* Ensure all payroll processing complies with PAYE and other relevant legislation
* Ensure payroll team is responsible to needs of the business on a timely basis
* Collate all information relating to payroll function
* Maintain and monitor holiday, absence and attendance records
* Resolve any discrepancies
* Take ownership of relevant balance sheet reconciliations
* Produce monthly KPI report
* Ensure all systems audit recommendations are implemented on timely basis
* Ensure all statutory returns
I should apply if I have???
* Experienced Payroll Manager
* Good accounting knowledge
* Excellent knowledge of the Payroll and other related module within Sage
* Awareness of Sap
* Experience of TUPE
* Technical competence in Microsoft Office systems; Word, Excel, PowerPoint
