An excellent opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join an established and reputable independent Estate Agency with exciting plans for future growth. The role is for an ambitious individual that enjoys working in a non-micromanaged environment.

Key Responsibilities???
* Negotiating property Lets through matching tenants to properties! Its as simple as that!
* Recommend the company's other products and services at all opportunities.
* To provide an exceptional customer experience to Landlords and tenants.
* Generate business opportunities to increase market share
* Work with your team to ensure smooth process from the start.
To be successful in the role???
* Currently working as Lettings Negotiator, Estate Agent, or Property Consultant
* Have own vehicle and driving licence

GBP16,000 - GBP18,000 basic salary GBP20,000 - GBP21,000 OTE
