Director of Operations

Reporting into the CEO and forming an integral part of the Executive Team you will be tasked with providing the strategic and operational leadership for this specialist care charity, ensuring the vision of providing excellent services and support is achieved and establishing them as the provider of choice. As an experienced health and social care manager and leader you will be focused on achieving exemplary customer satisfaction as well as securing consistently high ratings with both commissioners and regulators. Supporting, managing and working with a dedicated and experienced team you will be responsive to the needs of the charities various stakeholders whilst working towards a targeted and measured growth trajectory. Whilst always instilling a high performance culture you will be instrumental in the direction and implementation of the operational business plan making sure services not only meet but exceed their objectives and financial targets. A highly motivated and energetic individual, you will demonstrate an innate ability to build relationships and secure fruitful contacts. You will be excited by the opportunity to identify, secure and develop new services having a proven track record of doing this previously, as well as a history of successful inspection outcomes.
