Healthcare Recruitment Resourcer

My client is one of the leading recruiters for independent healthcare and medical jobs in the UK. They offer a full range of recruitment, resourcing and compliance services to their clients.

You will join a busy and well-established team where you undertake 100% delivery focused end to end management of Nurse, Physio, Paramedic and Occupational Therapist candidates within a specific account. Responsibilities will include:

- Working to KPI targets, feeding back and supporting the Account Management team where required
- Sourcing and securing the best specialist talent in the market
- Carrying out the pitch, screening, telephone interviews and interview preparation calls
- Managing the candidate process through to onboarding period, liaising with the client, external agencies and internal teams

Skills required:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal
- Committed and dedicated to meeting targets
- outstanding customer service skills
- Money motivated

Knowledge / expertise:
- Existing knowledge of the healthcare market advantageous, not compulsory
- Ideally 6 months exposure to the recruitment industry or a sales based role

Basic salary of £20,000 - £23,000 per annum + OTE £40,000
