Trainee Sales Executive

They have an opportunity to join the team as part of their highly successful development programme.

The scheme offers great development opportunities in a fun and supportive team as well as great earning potential (OTE).

As part of their programme you will be mentored, receiving hands on experience and guidance. During the 12-month Mentor programme you gain in-depth knowledge about products and market place, sales techniques such as prospecting.

At the end of the 12 months on successful completion you will graduate as a Business Development Executive.

The ideal candidate will have:-

- Be of Graduate calibre
- Knowledge of sales processes
- The ability and desire to sell
- A high degree of self-motivation and drive
- Have a willingness to learn
- A confident and determined approach
- Be resilient and have the ability to cope with rejection
- Previous sales experience - preferably B2B
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- The capacity to flourish in a competitive environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Good IT skills
- Have GCSE's in Maths and English at Grade C or above

It is desirable that the candidate has:-

- Fluency in an additional language.
