Accounts Administrator

If so, our client, a professional heating and electrical installation company based in Harrogate, is currently seeking a talented Account’s Administrator.

As an Accounts Administrator you will be responsible for the following: -

Key Responsibilities:

• Account queries, inputting sales and purchase invoices, taking credit card payments, bank reconciliation, credit control.
• Managing staff holidays and preparing figures for payroll, managing subscription-based clients.
• Maintaining a log and arranging servicing of vehicles, calibrated equipment and uniform.

Key Skills:

• Proficient with Sage Line 50
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Polite friendly telephone manner
• Accurate data entry and good numeracy skills
• AAT qualified or 3 years minimum experience in a similar role.
