JOB TITLE: Production Operative- Nights

LOCATION: Kettering
SALARY: GBP18,500 (rising to GBP20,900 after initial training) + Overtime
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent - start ASAP
HOURS: 10.00pm - 06.00am Mon to Thursday and 18.00 - 24.00 Friday - 38.50 hours per week - rate of pay starts at GBP9.33 per hour increasing to GBP10.46ph after initial training (normally 12 weeks), with further staged increases the next being GBP11.32 with other increases up to +GBP12.51ph as skill set develops.

The ROLE
Due to continued expansion they now require additional Process Operatives to join their nightshift team ASAP. Working as a part of a ten person team you will initially begin as a stacker feeder, but will quickly learn all the other additional roles within the cell required to successfully manufacture packaging. The more you learn the better rewarded you will be - the hourly rate will increase from GBP9.33 by increments as you successfully master new skills.
