Ashley Kate are pleased to be working with a Manufacturer who now look for an Assistant Financial Controller to join their team.
You will be ACCA or CIMA qualified or be studying towards the latter stages of these qualifications and be from a fast-paced finance background.
Responsibilities include;
* Leading month end routines and generate the financial statements
* Ensure all control accounts are reconciled and agreed to schedules
* Manage the capital process including responsibility for project reporting.
* Responsible for expenditure tracking and communication to the budget holder
* Prepare profit reports and present these to the management and sales team
* Responsible for all company VAT, associate reporting and reconciliation for all registrations
* Work order accounting and challenge any variances
* Any other adhoc projects within the finance team
* Act as cover for the Financial Controller.
Salary is up to GBP35,0000 DOE
You will be a forward thinker and a clear communicator and you should have experience of Microsoft office including Excel and have experience of SAP or JDE or similar.
