Role Purpose
• Budgeting, forecasting and 5 year planning
• Identifying risks and opportunities
• Producing business cases
• Managing and mentoring 1 Commercial Finance Analyst
• Working cross functionally to align policies and platforms
• Managing group P&L and monitor financial performance throughout the year
• Developing robust MI tools to continually assess performance vs forecasts
• Leading the setup of integrated reporting to standardise a platform for reporting, MI and analytics
Key Skills & Experience Required
• Qualified accountant with a background in business partnering and broad PQE
• Clear commercial judgement and the ability to influence and challenge at Senior Manager and Director level
• Capable of understanding and navigating complex financial and commercial issues; proven ability to employ analytical tools to improve performance
• Highly proactive and self-motivated individual who takes the initiative and works collaboratively across geographical boundaries
• Confident and communicative nature, with an affable character
