Recruitment Resourcer
* GBP18-GBP23k basic
* Uncapped Commission
Due to continued growth in 2018, we are looking for a talented individual to join the recruitment team in our temp division. You will be working alongside other dynamic, enthusiastic and dedicated recruiters in this very fast paced business.
You will need to bring personality, enthusiasm and unwavering belief in your ability to hit targets.
Role:
Working directly within the sales team you will be tasked with:
* Speaking to candidates and clients on regular basis
* Researching CV's
* Writing and placing advertisements on the company website, and other internet sites.
* Searching and shortlisting candidates.
* Sourcing client leads
* Manage advert response and matching candidates to client requirements
* Telephone interviewing candidates
* Prepare candidate CVs and profiles for submission.
* Verifying qualifications and checking references.
* Building the Client and Candidate database
* Arranging interviews for candidates
The role is 90% telephone based so a strong work ethic and someone who is not afraid to pick up the phone and make that one more call is ESSENTIAL.
We are looking for candidates with bags of personality, energy and enthusiasm who can bring drive and passion every single day.
Experience:
Relevant recruitment/ sales experience would be beneficial, but not essential, however you will be a motivated self starter and hungry for success and get up and go are a must.
You will have an excellent telephone manner, fluent spoken and written English and good PC knowledge.
* You will be competent with social media platforms
* Working knowledge of PC's (word, excel etc)
* Be used to working on the phone (B2B or B2C)
* Self-motivated
Full product training will be given with excellent prospects for progression
