Governance Manager on a Permanent, Full-time (37 hrs per week) basis.

Your Opportunity
We are looking for a self-motivated individual to manage the governance support processes for the group. This will involve:-
- liaising with a large number of different stakeholders
- effectively managing the complex logistics of the governance function
- acting as "practice manager" for the Legal & Governance Team.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to progress and develop their career in corporate governance.
