An exciting opportunity has arisen for a MOJ Co-Ordinator to join Hastings Direct, suitable for a school leaver or someone who wants to start working in technical claims.

The Role
Based at Group's head office in Bexhill, as a MOJ Co-Ordinator you will hold key responsibility to deliver the departments targets.
You will effectively manage the administration of new incoming Personal Injury Claims from the MOJ Portal, liaising with the MOJ Team Leaders and Technical Lead to ensure smooth allocation, making sure the right tasks go to the right person, first time. You will administer litigated claims files, building relations with our Defendant Solicitor Panel and ensuring efficient and proactive management of our litigation files and associated work. .
Skills and experience
?? Excellent problem solving skills
?? Self-motivated and driven
?? An understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules and Ministry of Justice time scales
?? Good IT skills including the use of Microsoft Office Suite
?? Excellent organization skills
?? Good time management
?? Ability to adapt to the task
?? Able to work on own initiative
