We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a junior administrator to report directly to the Property Administrator, and also to the Regional Property Director, and be required to assist the property team in the delivery of an efficient, effective and professional property and asset management service across the Midlands.
Key accountabilities
Provide support to the Midlands Property Administrator, and the wider Property and Centre Management team, including but not limited to;
* Taking messages, arranging meetings, set up diary appointments, set up conference calls, arranging travel, collect distribute post. filing, photocopying etc
* Assist in the storage and updating of the Management Information Systems for the property & asset management team. This will include but is not limited to the G Drive, Openera, Oracle and any other system/s that the organisation will implement from time to time.
* Assist with coding invoices and retrieving information as required from Oracle.
* Assist with gathering, collating and invoicing room booking data for Bookable room usage on site.
* To respond promptly and professionally to emergency or urgent property management issues as they arise, seeking to resolve them as quickly and as cost effectively as possible.
* To assist in Health and Safety matters and other compliance issues.
* To work with regional colleagues inside CHP, always promoting the success and profile of the region and CHP as a whole
* To assist with covering of Office Manager duties within the Midlands office as and when required.
* To undertake any other duties commensurate with the post as may be requested from time to time.

Qualifications and knowledge
Essential
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, particularly with administration and data entry.
* Good standard of education pref. degree or equivalent qualification - Recognised Management Qualification at Post Graduate / Diploma level (e.g. NVQ level 4)
* Excellent attention to detail and time management
Desirable
Working knowledge of healthcare and primary health care services
