A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Manager to join my clients' well-established Independent Estate Agents in Cambridge.
My client is seeking an experienced Lettings Manager who has experience coaching and developing staff and valuing properties/taking new properties onto the market.
Further key duties will include:
- Valuing Rental properties
- Coaching, developing and managing staff
- Sourcing properties to take on the market
- Sourcing properties to manage
- Generating business
- Canvassing for new opportunities
The suitable candidate will be confident, personable, outgoing and have great leadership skills.
In return, my client is offering a competitive basic salary of GBP20,000 with realistic on target earnings of GBP35,000.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Lettings candidate to come in and hit the ground running, working for a fantastic Agent and to continue a long-term career within the industry.
