A Highly professional and employee focused firm of Chartered Surveyors, based in Kent, are seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join their extremely experienced team. The successful applicant will head up the existing team of Chartered Surveyors, so MRICS Chartered status is essential.
Responsibilities will include:
- Pre-Acquisition Surveys
- Project Management
- Planned/Reactive Maintenance
- Assisting Pre-Qualification Surveyors achieve MRICS qualification
- Construction & Development monitoring
- Defect Analysis
- Contract Administration
They are looking for a good communicator with sound commercial awareness and someone with excellent Health & Safety experience.
