Our client in North Walsham, Norfolk are currently hiring a Senior Surveyor

About the Company:

We are advertising for a company who are a registered charity and registered provider of affordable homes for those in housing need.  They own and manage 5,000 properties primarily in the north of Norfolk which provide homes to over 10,000 residents.

They are currently looking for a Senior Surveyor within the Assets team, working closely with the Assets Manager - Pre-Contract and Compliance, to provide a customer focused service and to assist in the management of their property related assets.

Senior Surveyor – Role Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will assist in providing an effective, efficient and economic delivery of Health and Safety / Statutory Compliance responsibilities, Asset Management functions, Building Surveying, Policies and Procedures, and Pre-Contract work stage responsibilities to a professional standard within the Assets section.

They will work closely with colleagues and other teams to ensure a co-ordinated and consistent approach towards excellence in customer service at all times.

The closing date for this vacancy is 5pm on Friday 7^th September 2018.
